AcroYoga "Acrolicious"

This looks like so much fun. I have posted videos on acroyoga, but I have still yet to try it! :) If you have done this or know of a studio in So Cal that does this, let me know! I am curious as to your imput on it! It looks like a wonderful way to connect with your partner!

I Tried to Eat Cooked Food After Eating 100% Raw!

Raw Fu: Cooked Food Experiment!

I never thought I would have such a dramatic response to cooked food. Other things I didn't mention were bloating, my joints ached, a plaque build up in my mouth, little acne breakouts, "sleep" in th eyes, major thirst (probably because the food was so deficient in water), I started feeling an ear ache coming on, my digestion slowed down, I slept more hours and it was somewhat disruptive.
