I have a great life! I know who I am. I do what I love and love what I do. I am intentional and ON FIRE!  I am living my heaven NOW and it is fabulous!  Life is very full and satisfying.  I am enjoying truth, bliss and beauty. What an amazing gift life is, isn't it?

I am passionate about conscious living, personal growth and empowerment. I am fascinated with human potential!

I am a Health and Wellness Practitioner offering services in massage, nutrition, detoxification, personal training, yoga, and injury rehabilitation. I am located in Southern California with a vision of  relocating to Hawaii to open an eco retreat and residential model to provide awareness, services, and education to residents as well as tourists in alternative sustainable lifestyle practices. I currently write, educate and advocate preventative and restorative health through a nutrient dense plant based diet, physical exercise, and hygiene practices. In addition I emphasize the importance of  conscious living and business practices. My simple philosophy is to take care of what sustains us and live in a manner that is good for humanity and the environment.
